Applying Value Up at Microsoft
This is a great blog regarding what I would call Agile processes, but what Sam calls the 'value up' paradigm, and how he's been leading the change with an entire division of Microsoft, i.e. scaling up a lot of the agile ideas to enterprise levels. You'll also see a good deal of mixing of practices from XP and the Microsoft approach to software development. Well worth a read.
